You reap what you sow...

Breezing winds, beautiful flowers,unique birds,huge mountains,the sunshine that keeps all of them intact,the waves of the sea that sound magical in a different way to each and everyone of us.All of this sounds so soothing right?Just imagining them makes us feel so grateful that we are able to witness them.Now....the floods that take away all the roofs and lives of people,the droughts that show the destructive nature of the sun,the plastics that the waves of sea throw out on the shores...Now how did this turn out in your imagination??.I am sure that this is not what we think about when we talk about 'NATURE'.Unfortunately this is the reality...All of this destruction in our environment is nature's answer to all of us ,all the selfishness of humans has resulted in the mother nature herself teaching us the proverb -'You reap what you sow'.... The environmental changes are having a negative impact on Earth.The melting of icebergs have resulted in increase in sea levels.Global warming has been provoking climate change,as our planet's temperature is rising more than it would naturally.Human activities have been an intergral part of the devastating changes that are taking place in the environment .The industrial revolution from the past years been a major cause .Marine and forest life are decaying due to the unfavourable environmental conditions.A climate change that usually takes in millions of years,is taking place in just 200 years.Our rivers have been polluted,the amount of edible water that will be available to us after a period of time is definitely going to be a reason of war between the superpowers over the world. Deforestation has resulted in increase of CO2 level in the environment,decreasing the quality of air.Trees that provide us with oxygen are being cut,what a way to respect mother nature !!.Finishing our planet one tree at a time!!Dispoal of waste and especially plastic is another major concern ,as most of the plastics are burned and the gases being generated are lethal to every being that exists in our environment. The sudden climate changes that are occuring over the world is nothing but the nature's way of telling is 'Stop!'.We are so concerned about ourselves and the advancement in human race that we are ignoring the fact that our planet is in the worst condition right now.Our attitude towards the environment is being answered by nature with all the natural calamities that have been increasing over a past decade.The floods in kolhapur are nothing but mother nature warning all of us to think and act about the environment or else this destruction is just going to get bigger... I would conclude my article by saying that the environmental clock is ticking.Things are getting worse and we are the ones who are responsible for it.We have got hardly 10 years to save our planet from reaching a point where we cannot do anything.There are numerous drives conducted by various Ngo's regarding plantation,beach cleaning where you can participate and thus contribute your part in saving the environment.Reduction of usage of non-disposable plastics should be reduced and usage of recyclable plastics should be encouraged.Trees keep us alive,cutting them is just equivalent of killing someone.yep. All said and done the change begins with you,with your own mindset.Thinking about our environment and protecting our mother nature is our responsibility.We have made some mistakes in the past and we need to sort them out.Let's save our environment.Let the change begin with you...
