Har ek insan apne perspective se chizon ko sochta Hain.Sochna ek aisi process Hain Jo naturally chalti rehti Hain, aur aap sochna band nahi Kar sakte.Aur band bhi kyu karna, soch hi toh insan ko aakar deti Hain.Lekin aap agar sochte sochte ek aisa maze main fas jate ho jahan se aapka nikalna hi mushkil ho jata Hain .Toh usse overthinking kehte Hain.Ek aisi maze jiske raste aaphi ne banaye Hain ,lekin ab vapas Jana aap bhool chuke ho.Maze badhti hi ja rehti Hain aur aap faste hi jate ho..
Overthinking aapko solution na dekar problem ko expand karti Hain.Aap sirf us particular problem ke barein me hi sochte rehte ho,aur uske har ek angle ko sochte sochte vo problem ke barein main sochna ek alag problem ban jata hain. Anxiety aur depression ki sidhiyan aap chadne lagte ho,aur ek stage par jakar aapko pata chalta ki itna sochna hi nahi tha.Sochne main aapki itni energy consume hoti Hain ki aap aaspas ki chizon ko bhul jate ho.Negative thoughts bullets ki tarah fire hone lagte Hain,"agar ye hua toh","usne agar ye bola toh","main ye karta toh".Future probabilities par itna focus hota Hain ki aap present ko bhul jate ho.
Apni soch ko kisi Kam main occupied rakhne se , overthinking band toh nahi hogi lekin aapka dimag busy rahega.Sochna toh band nahi ho sakta,lekin soch ko direction toh de sakte hain.Problems actions se solve hongi,sochne se nahi.Agar iss fact ko dhyan main rakhe toh adhi overthinking toh yahi khatam ho gayi.Jo hona Hain vo hokar rahega,aapke sochne se ya nahi sochne se vo badal nahi jayega.Aap jab ek chiz ko bar bar ghuma firakar sochte ho toh aap apne khud ke opinions ko question karne lagte ho.Aur fir hota Hain self-doubt Jo aapko demotivate karta Hain.Aur khudko demotivate karke fir iss soch ka Kya hi fayda?
"Nothing can destroy an iron but it's own rust can,in the same way nothing can destroy a person but it's own mindset can"Overthinking kaafi normal Hain ye raftar bhari Zindagi main.Bas humein dhunda Hain ki kaunsi chiz humein zyada sochne keliye uksa rahi hain.Do min Shanti se baithkar apni soch ko ek achi direction dekar socha ja sakta Hain.Koi bhi chiz agar maryada ke Bahar ho toh sehat keliye hanikarak hoti Hain.Sochna achi baat Hain lekin over-thinking nahi.Ek thought seed ki tarah hota Hain Jo aapke dimag main jata Hain aur fir uska dhire dhire ped ban jata Hain.Ab kis seed ko kab Pani Dena Hain ye sirf aap hi decide Kar sakte ho....
